If your package is returned to us by the post office due to incorrect address, incorrect person, refused, or as non-claimed, we reserve the right to charge full shipping to resend it.

We are not responsible for missing items or package, nevertheless, do let us know and we will gladly help you, providing you all the information we have to help you file a claim through your local post office.
